Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every quote, order and service provided by Academic Lane through academiclane.com, email or Telegram. By requesting a quote or paying for a service, you accept them.
Our services
Academic Lane provides research, writing, editing, formatting, review and related academic support. Every project is handled by a specialist in your field and delivered as model text and editing support.
Academic integrity
You agree to use the work you receive as a model and guide for your own writing and research, and to follow the rules of your university, school or journal. You are responsible for how you use the work. We do not sit exams or tests, or log in to university systems on your behalf.
Quotes and orders
Every project gets a written quote that sets out the price, the scope and the delivery date. Your order is confirmed when you accept the quote and we receive payment, or the first agreed instalment.
Prices and payment
Prices are set in euros. Amounts shown in other currencies are converted for guidance only; your quote confirms the exact amount. You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, Revolut, WeChat Pay or Alipay. Larger projects can be paid in instalments, as agreed in the quote. Work starts once payment is received.
Deadlines
We deliver by the date in your quote. Faster delivery carries the surcharges shown on our pricing. If information or files we need from you arrive late, the delivery date moves by the same amount of time.
Revisions
Every order includes free revisions for 14 days after delivery, as long as they stay within the original brief. Changes to the topic, scope, length or requirements are quoted separately.
Cancellations and refunds
- Before work starts: you can cancel for a full refund.
- After work starts: we refund the part of the order that has not been worked on yet.
- Our fault: if we miss the agreed deadline, or the work does not meet the agreed brief and revisions do not fix it, you are entitled to a partial or full refund.
- Grades: we cannot offer refunds based on grades or decisions by your institution or a journal, because we do not control marking or review. Refunds are paid within 14 days, using the original payment method.
Originality
Work is written from scratch for your project and checked for similarity and AI-generated text before delivery. Reports are included with the services that list them.
Confidentiality
We never share or publish your details, files or the work we deliver to you. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data.
Ownership
Once you have paid in full, you may use the delivered work for your own purposes. We do not resell, reuse or publish it.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering the work described in your quote. We are not liable for grades, academic outcomes or decisions made by institutions or journals. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Your rights as a consumer
If you live in the European Union, you keep every right that mandatory consumer law gives you, and nothing in these terms limits them. When you ask us to start work straight away, your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully delivered; if you withdraw earlier, you pay only for the work already done.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
